I had a great experience at Galls thanks to Elizabeth. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. Her customer service was top-notch, and she made the whole process smooth and easy. Definitely appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude—she’s a big reason I’ll be coming back!
So , I check in . Waited for a good minute. Two other people come in after me in check in. The guy with the glasses helps us , but didn’t go by the check in . Even though I was first to check in , I’m last to be serviced. No problem , that’s fine. The guy with the glasses forgets my vest so I have to go back in. He helps someone and I wait until he finishes. Now a line is forming .
