Terrible experience. Waited well over 30 minutes to get helped with purchasing an inner belt and keepers. I understand vests sizing and other priorities, but checking out should not require that long of a wait.
There is only one person checking in and out with five people in line. The person being service took 15 minutes or more to be taken care of before a another service person came.

I had a great experience at Galls thanks to Elizabeth. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. Her customer service was top-notch, and she made the whole process smooth and easy. Definitely appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude—she’s a big reason I’ll be coming back!
