Great customer service. The staff is very helpful.
Ordered 3 items directly from galls online a pair of size 11 Khyber black tactical boots with side zippers,and a pair of XL long truspec black tdu tactical pants......The boots had wear and tear not brand new and the side zippers absolutely suck,they are curved and one of them broke completely after only 2 times....the pants were 3xl instead of XL so I look like my hammer in them ..overall galls sells overpriced junk and doesn't get orders right....so one star go to galls...
Galls is extremely busy all the time from servicing all the different agencies in the area, but when it comes down to it, there are a couple stars! From answering questions to making sure any accommodations are noted, Brian at the front counter and Wendy in the shop go above and beyond to make sure I get quality customer service each time I go in there.
