Dodge Gallows Internal medicine and Dr. John Min as he’s unprofessional and has a fragile ego. I went to him for a skin rash and when I asked if he was sure, he responded negatively screaming at me “Am I the doctor or are you.” A crazy thing to say to me or any patient. Especially when I was just pointing out my history of a skin condition due for a flare up. Rude staff and unprofessional behavior on several occasions. The overall experience was unpleasant, with a clear lack of patient care and professionalism throughout the office.
프론트 직원들이 기본적인 업무도 제대로 못하고 소통도 전혀 안 돼요. 단순히 리퍼럴 하나만 보내주면 되는 건데 그걸 못 해서 결국 나중에 보험 혜택 못받고 제 돈으로 다 내야 했습니다. 환자만 손해 보고 억울한 경험으로 스트레스 받게하는 곳이에요. 이런 식으로 운영하면서 아직도 계속한다는게 정말 이해가 안 됩니다.
