진료 과정이 매우 불만족스러웠습니다. 증상에 대해 충분히 확인하거나 설명해준다는 느낌을 받지 못했고, 피검사 결과도 전화로는 전혀 안내할 수 없으며 무조건 내원해야 한다는 답변만 받았습니다. 신장이나 방광 문제처럼 걱정되는 증상이 있어 최소한 관련 수치가 정상인지 여부만이라도 확인하고 싶었지만, 그마저도 안내받지 못했습니다. 환자 입장에서 불안한 상황에 대한 배려나 설명이 부족하다고 느꼈습니다. 재방문 의사는 없습니다.

Dodge Gallows Internal medicine and Dr. John Min as he’s unprofessional and has a fragile ego. I went to him for a skin rash and when I asked if he was sure, he responded negatively screaming at me “Am I the doctor or are you.” A crazy thing to say to me or any patient. Especially when I was just pointing out my history of a skin condition due for a flare up.
