Great service every time. We have 6 pets and we can tell that his vet cares about every single one of them. We've gotten emergency visits taken care of the same day, we can schedule ahead for shots and maintenance visits without a problem. We get reminder calls and texts in a timely manner, and we get a follow up call after every visit to check on them and make sure they are still doing well after the visit. For many reasons I had been looking for a new vet for my 3 rescue babies. Stevie, my Bassett, has had skin issues his entire life and we haven’t quite been able to get them under control no matter what we tried. Dr Rust saw Stevie last week, got him on a new medication and within 24 hours we were seeing a HUGE difference. Now, about 5 days later, and Stevie is itch free. I have had three dogs so far seen by Drs. Rust or Black. Both vets are attentive and go out of their way to research the latest treatments and then take the time to explain them. I recommend these gets to everyone! Recently, they’ve helped me with a super smart and super crazy energetic dog. They and most of the staff were so patient with my girl. I appreciated so much their willingness to work with us through some challenges. My girl even gets excited to go the vets!!

Our sweet Pyrenees got hit and had some major lung trauma. The staff was so kind and compassionate and loved our dog so well. Unfortunately our dog didn’t make despite all the efforts they tried. They gave him dignity releasing him back to us, a paw print of his in clay and later received sympathy flower arrangement. Would 100% recommend them.

My dog began having grand mal seizures quite suddenly and Galloway Village Veterinary - I mean the entire team - stepped up and walked it out with us. It was such a scary time, and we spent so much time at the vet or on the phone with them. They never made me feel as if I were bothering them. They always treated us with such love and legit concern, and went above and beyond.
