We’ve used Becca for 3 Bichons for the 20 yrs. She is the best groomer in the area. She always tells us if she has seen a problem. I highly recommend her for your grooming needs. She’s the best👍👍👍👍👍
RecommendedI haven't met anyone at Galloway that I don't like, but Dr. Rust is my favorite person ever. A few years back when my small pomeranian broke her leg, I went to 10+ vet offices here in Springfield and the surrounding area (not joking). My pup is my child, and I expected the vet's office to treat her as such and to not push their opinions on me with little explanation- I didn't find that until I came to Galloway. Worst vet experience ever, i called at 8:21 am on Monday morning to confirm my cat (Luna)’s appointment at 9. They confirmed the appointment and upon getting there i called to let them know i was there. It took them 25 minutes of call transferring and holding to finally get someone to take my cat. I was late to work because of the miscommunications. The staff and veterinarians are always courteous and timely. They truly care about their patients and it shows. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. Thank you for the great service and compassion.

Dr. Bethany Rust is a caring, gentle professional as well as an expert in veterinary services. The technicians all seem to enjoy being with and taking care of the “patients “ who come in. Galloway Village Veterinary Hospital is a clean and modern facility whose rates are comparable with other veterinary facilities. I feel quite confident in trusting them with our precious 5 pound Sophie!

Galloway's vet Staff and physicians have been the best! Always nice and so caring to my 2 cats! Even with just doing nail trims they are polite. AND with curb side service because of COVID I don't worry about having them come and get my pets. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Galloway!

I’ve used them for 2 years since my baby hazel was born! The staff is extremely nice and caring. They are always good about offering so many options to me and hazel is so happy when she comes out of the vet. They seem to really care about the animals and I’ve never been happier !!
