Had a procedure done here and staff was excellent. From preop to procedure to discharge from recovery the best staff ever and extremely knowledgeable and professional.

The entire staff was outstanding, my attending physician - Dr. Ferrer senior, treat me with professionalism yet with such warm caring and understanding. My assistant RN nurse, nurse anesthetists and my anesthesiologist doctor and his staff were beyond expectations, same goes for the ones in the recovery area. My sincere gratitude to you all. I cannot say enough good things. I’ve told everyone I know what a great place this is!

Since the facility is part of Baptist it's super expensive. To make it worse they cannot speak to you unless your procedure is in two days. At this point when they have verified the insurance if you have to pay an outrageous amount its pretty much do or do since the procedure is on two days! The coordinator I dealt with was short and did not offer solutions. It's crazy what a monopoly this gastros have...very sad when they are dealing with people's health issues!
