⸻ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & Questionable Equipment We had a full dual-zone HVAC system (upstairs and downstairs) installed by Galloway Beck Heating and Cooling just three years ago. Having known the Galloway family my entire life, when I moved back into town and experienced a sewer backup, I knew right away who to call. Within 24 hours my phone call was returned and the sewer lines were clear the next day. Needless to say, the odor in my home was terrible; not anymore! I knew right away when I called them, Mike and team would be out ASAP, and they were. Hate to give even 1 star. Galloway Beck installed a new mini-split HVAC system, which leaked all freon and failed completely about a year later. They claimed to have fixed it, but it leaked all freon and failed still again. This time they refused to even return calls or my letter. I have to take them to court for faulty installation and not honoring their warranty. They also failed to give me a written quote even after I asked for one many, many times. Hated giving them a 1 but had no other option. Unfortunately our builder picked this company to do all our hvac and plumbing- not really sure where to begin. Moved in on october 8th 2021- had to have them out within days due to air conditioner's not working. Then had to have them out at least 3 more times till they were finally able to fix both the home air conditioner and garage unit.
