To me a first impression is everything, if you have a business you should maintain professionality whilst in business attire whether you are working or not. Someone driving this company’s truck tailgated my friend for 30 mins on a busy I-69 interstate. Mind you, my friend was not driving slow or erratically. It might seem stupid but this is how someone gets hurt. She drives a smaller vehicle and could’ve easily been rear ended (And injured!!!) should she have had to brake or stop for construction. I'm lucky nothing catastrophic happened. I’ve used Galloway Beck for years, and after everything I’ve now uncovered, I regret every dollar I spent with them. They replaced my AC unit in 2019 and told me they would register the warranty as part of their service. They never did. Because of that failure, I am now paying out of pocket to replace an entire AC system that should have been under warranty. ⸻ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & Questionable Equipment We had a full dual-zone HVAC system (upstairs and downstairs) installed by Galloway Beck Heating and Cooling just three years ago. The system was under warranty, but that didn’t seem to mean much when things went wrong. About a week ago, the upstairs unit stopped working. Having known the Galloway family my entire life, when I moved back into town and experienced a sewer backup, I knew right away who to call. Within 24 hours my phone call was returned and the sewer lines were clear the next day. Needless to say, the odor in my home was terrible; not anymore!
