Went in for an oil change and expected to be given a list of repairs that would be needed. The mechanic was pointing out the 'issues' with my van and kept saying 'I'm not trying to sell you anything but blahblahblah needs replaced, blahblahblah needs done ...' - all of which I had no problem with knowing the age of the vehicle these things were expected.
