There is a reason they have 5 stars across the board at both of their locations. They are way more than reasonable when it comes to pricing and how they deal with clients. They need to branch out to Vancouver. The team at Galloro Dental Group is the absolute best.

Terrible customer service at every turn. If you had attended the clinic they replaced, it was quite the opposite. Last appointment I waited an hour/ asked for updates after about 30 mins. Kept telling my to just wait until an hour later I asked to reschedule. Then they moved me into a room to wait longer. The assistant was great- male dentist/ortho was awful, arrogant, uninformative.
