It took Gallop months to come out to do the job for which we had paid them a 50% deposit. Then their workmen allowed a tarp to come loose over a weekend which allowed water to pour into our home causing extensive damage. We notified them that the tarp was blowing and received no response for days. After two weeks of waiting (while water saturated drywall and insulation sat in our house), Gallop accepted responsibility and contracted with a mitigation service.
