Just spoke with a front desk staff member, Trina. She was SO nice & helpful. Sure wish everyone who answered phones, everywhere, strived their best to be that nice.
Edit: The owner reached out to me today and was able to get my daughter's party rescheduled for the same day just a hour later. Which I appreciate so much. He was super nice and went above and beyond. Thank you! Booked my daughter's 10th birthday party here a few weeks ago. After we sent out invitations to her class last week, I get a call today they have to cancel the party because they have another event and could rebook for May... The mental health practitioners here are incompetent. None of them are doctors, just NPs that do not have extensive experience in psychiatry. I graduated last year and I am still unlearning many of the damaging things said to me by the practitioner I saw at the UCCS Wellness Center. I felt like my mental health journey was greatly stagnated while under the care of a practitioner there.

If you’ve never been to any other commercial gym, this place seems great. If you have, than you’ll quickly recognize several flaws in this facility. First, they make terrible use of the space. There’s lots of unnecessary and unused equipment. They are lacking a few fairly common pieces of equipment and would greatly benefit from some sort of “functional fitness” area.
