UnHappy Misses appointments without calling to let you know, when you contact him after a missed appointment, he gives you rambling and confusing excuses and then sets up another appointment that he misses again. Save yourself the time and hassle by going to someone else!

Excellent Customer Service! – Gallo's crew is polite and professional. The estimator, who I later found out is the owner, is handsome and friendly. Their customer service is excellent and they complete the work faster than I have ever seen before! I will definitely call Gallo again and recommend him to all of my friends and family!
