Ordered the Pura Vida Plate for $13.95. Basically it is rice and beans with a sparse sprinkling of sauce. The rice and beans were tasty but would have appreciated more than a couple of drops of sauce. Also had some plain grilled cauliflower that was crunchy and raw but at least it wasn't burnt. The plantains were black and chewy, shoe leather consistency. Just threw those out since they were inedible. They should never have plated them up in that condition. With tax the price was $15.07. Expected better for the price.

Might just be the BEST food truck in the Denver area!! The food is stellar, and it's just a cherry on top that she caters to a bunch of allergies.
I asked why there was 70c tax on a $4 taco and Diana was appalled and said she'd look into it and she gave me an extra taco. The carne meat was delicious and the corn flour-like tortilla's were tender and held together through the whole meal. I'd still like to know what the sales tax should be. I've googled the heck out of it and not getting a clear answer. Diana said Square charges the Superior city tax. Anyone have any answers, please let me know.
They were at an annual music festival a couple weeks ago and I needed a nice clean meal to get me through. I opted for their Carne Asada tacos and if those aren’t at least Top 5 Tacos I’ve had in town then I’d be lying to you. I appreciated their great service and recommend their food to anyone!
