I contacted Gallo three weeks ago for an estimate. Three days later I received a call indicating they would contact me to set up an appointment the following week. No call or message was received. I have since contacted them two more times with no reply. My conclusion is they are not interested in doing my driveway. Two of my neighbors were also interested in receiving quotes. They asked me about the company I contacted and I had to recommend not wasting their time.

Contacted Gallo and another concrete company for pricing to do our driveway and sidewalk. We decided to go with Gallo and believe me, we were Not Disappointed!!! Darrick and his crew were very professional, friendly and courteous. They were at our home on time and never stopped working until they were finished with everything for that day. I had had Gallo concrete owner about a year ago in May to do our driveway! Seemed like a decent guy with a good estimate so we went ahead and told him we were hiring him to do the job ! He said in 3, 4 weeks he could start! May, June, July, August came and went....many unanswered phone calls, texts came and went....when I could see Fall was coming and no driveway, I got frustrated and a little more persistence with him so he turns around and wrote in a text " I'm not doing your drive way anymore...." We Have worked with Gallo concrete for a very long time. They have done projects at our home as well as at our business. One of the few contractors out there that we can trust to do the jpb right. I always get three quotes and he is always in the middle, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They are true professionals making sure we were always happy before they leave the job site. The ideas he has come up with have saved us money and the three patios he did for us look amazing.

Gallo concrete did a fantastic job on our patio and steps. It turned out exactly like we had envisioned it. Quick, efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend to others.
