Jay was hands down the best home improvement job we have ever experienced! From the initial phone call, to him coming out the same day for the measurements and quote was all such a great experience. No high pressured sales tactics, in fact he recommended cheaper options for turf and said there is no need to get the most expensive options. Jay and his wife are super approachable, responsive, and offered great value along with experience and knowledge. Knowing what we wanted but not having an idea of where to start as a DIYer, we felt supported and guided along the way. Now we have a beautiful turf lawn that my daughter enjoys running and tumbling on, and that we enjoy front yard picnics on.
I went in to the showroom today to purchase some turf remnants for a small dog area on a small patio. I didn't have exact amount in cash nor did Jay have any change, so he just sent me home with my 2 small pieces complimentary! He asked for his business to be considered next time I'm in the market for a larger project. I definitely will! He has a great showroom, lots of samples, and is very professional and kind. Check them out for your artificial turf needs.
