In the ER I was in incredible pain and used some profanity after waiting 2 hours for promised pain meds. After that I was ignored by this doctor and his staff, like they had never come in contact with a patient swearing? My husband and I were dismissed by the staff and everytime I used the call light, being told “I’ll check on that” and then they never returned!
