Gallinelli Plumbing is the only service I would use. From day one they have been responsive, attentive and conscientious in their work. I used them for plumbing issues and to hook up a stove. I've also had him work on my mom's house and she was extremely impressed with them. Not sure where the negative review above came from. Does not sound like it's the same plumber from my experience. My 10 years experience!
They have been our plumbers for over a decade and have always been responsible, prompt and provided excellent service. I am an architect so we are fairly particular, and I would highly recommend them
Gallinelli Plumbing was a complete nightmare to deal with on multiple levels: 1) Almost all tasks that Gallinelli Plumbing performed needed to be redone two or three times due to shoddy work. 2) Gallinelli damaged our home during the work and showed blatant disregard to our requests to be careful with their work. 3) Refusal to acknowledge any wrongdoing of shoddy work - we have argued with Gallinelli regarding the quality of work performed and have heard numerous excuses. 4) Excess billing - Gallinelli has double billed us f... read more
