I have only lived in Windsor Heights for 2.5 months. I would never advise anyone to live here
This place is horrible to live. One washer and dryer for 8 apartments and the washer is always broken! Very outdated! Staff is pretty rude no matter what you are calling about. People are always parking in the back where residents are to park. The only nice thing is that its quiet most of the time.
