Steer Clear of Rachel Pozzi! She is rude, discriminative and unprofessional; not to mention a con artist! We viewed a duplex in San Carlos with her and she assured us our combined income had to be 2 x’s the rent. We cut her a holdig fee check of $1000. We later dropped off a $70 application processing fee check along with our applications.
