Facilities are excellent. The diagnosis and and pre-surgery questions and explanations addressed all my concerns. The pre-sugery dental estimate filing with my health care provider was an added bonus as I was able to find out the next day what I was entitled to. The care during the surgery was exceptional. The follow-up phone call (on the weekend!!) by DR. Matt showed an excellent concern for patient well being.
I had gum grafting done on six teeth by Dr. Galli, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Galli took the time to get to know me, explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Practice the UTMOST CAUTION if referred to Dr. Galli. They are super professional, with slick floors, paintings and a well oiled sales machine, but I think this all increases their rapaciousness for your dollars. They are very eager to work on your teeth — whether they need to or not. Make sure you ask about the margin of error in diagnoses.
