We wanted a soil engineer to determine soil compaction. After the initial inspection, they needed to go work up a quote. Apparently the "engineer" that came out wasn't experienced enough. So then before the weekend, we called to cancel any further work. (it was 2 days later), Then we did a follow up email to confirm the cancellation request. Not pleased with their service. They were disorganized, made up claims & billed us for work they never did. We received nothing.
