I was skeptical of calling another Hvac company since I got screwed once before, my air compressor stopped working and did not know much about home air conditioning systems. I was recommended by Comfort Kool out in Westbury to call Gallet Air, wow was i amazed with their technician Jeff!!! I have been with GallettAir for over 8 years. They have always responded to my calls and concerns; they answer all my questions. Yesterday they replaced my HVAC system. The men were here before the scheduled time; worked quickly and thoroughly. They finished within the estimated time. GallettAir has been professional and responsive over the years.

Outstanding experience with Gallett Air Inc! Mike was professional, thoughtful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I have never seen a home repair diagnosed and completed so quickly. He saved us from an overheating house in the dead of summer by fixing our central AC before my wife and kids got home. Everyone is now happy and comfortable! Exceptional service from start to finish - I highly recommend Mike and the entire Gallett Air team!

Matt and his team are incredible and truly saved us during this heatwave. They prioritized coming to us knowing we had a newborn and 2 young children. They identified the problem and fixed it right on the spot. Matt is so knowledgeable and told us which filters to buy going forward to avoid the problem in the future.
