Carmine and his crew are awesome! They are very professional, courteous and take pride in everything they do. We had an issue with our central air conditioner which required a part that needed to be ordered. the order did not ship in a timely manner, so Carmine tracked the part locally, drove to pick it up and installed it on a Friday night at 6:30 with five of his crew. Carmine then made sure that his crew inspected the entire system and fixed an additional issue. I highly recommend GallettAir for your heating and air condi... read more

We have used GalletAir services for about a year. We have a service contract with them. Very reasonably priced and very professional service technicians. We just had our AC & furnace replaced and they did a great job! They were on time, neat, and thorough. Very patient to make sure all our questions were answered. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Jeff, who came to check my AC and heating system. He was absolutely amazing! He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me clearly and patiently. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before he left. I was so impressed with his professional, attention to detail, and the way he took the time to make sure everything was done properly. It is clear that Jeff takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. ... read more

John, Rich, Mike and the entire crew were an absolute pleasure to have in my home. They worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly and that we were completely happy. I have worked with contracto... read more

The estimate wasn’t even supposed to be with him — someone else was originally scheduled, but Carmine happened to be at the office that day and ended up taking the assignment himself. What was supposed to be a quick estimate on a new system turned into him spending 4.5 hours at my home going so far above and beyond that I had to leave a review. Once he heard the history of my aging unit and saw I had a leak in the evaporator coil, he offered to see if he could re... read more
