Matt and his partner were great. They arrived eager and happy to solve the problem regarding my thermostat, and they did so quickly. Love this company. It’s always a positive experience when they visit.
They provided fantastic service and were great explaining everything that was going on I would recommend them to anyone wanting a reputable and professional AC service.
I’ve used GalletAir previously and they continue to be my choice of service provider. I called to have my AC unit replaced and Matt was wonderful. Despite being fully booked, they were able to fit us earlier in their schedule. They were punctual, knowledgeable, swift and very clean. Matt was always available to answer my questions. The unit unfortunately stopped working two days later due to a manufacturing defect and Matt came back to fix the issue right away.
