GallettAir just replaced my office rooftop HVAC unit. Matt Galletta was awesome -- came to the office, explained everything, answered my dozens upon dozens of questions, presented all options, etc. Gallett has been my HVAC company at home for nearly 20 years and at the office for more than a dozen. I cannot rate the GalletAir higher than five on here, but they deserve 10! We lost heat on New Year’s Day, they came out several hours later, and got us up and running. Then, there were other issues with our heating system that started to fail after the initial visit, and they continued to return, fixed it, and promised that they would get us heat- and they did. The crew is great. The owners are great, they are by far the best HVAC company around.

Gallett Air provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, and transparent… all of that with extremely fair pricing. I highly recommend and will be using them for all of our HVAC needs moving forward
