Everyone I dealt with was very unprofessional. I called and made an appointment to test drive a new Corvette and a used Camaro. It is a 3 hour round trip for my wife and me. I was told to come in and a Corvette expert would help me. We arrived and were greeted properly. It was down hill from there. The lady that was supposed to meet with us wasn’t available. Upon checking in my truck at service, I was informed by the service advisor it was there for the TMPS system and an oil change. When I made the reservation, I did not mention anything about the oil. It was removed from the service ticket. After the "tech" looked at the TPMS system, the service advisor informed me the 2 left side sensors were not working (which I knew and was the reason for the visit). Working with Andy Michael was a great experience. He made things easy no pressure listened to what I was looking for and found it for me. Was the easiest car buying experience I've had.
I was nursing a slow leak in my left front tire, so I was due for an oil change and asked Kimberly if her Tech could take a look at it. This was on a Saturday afternoon and I told her I wasn't in a rush and it could wait until Monday to be looked at. Within a few hours I received a phone call that the oil change was done and and they found the air leak. I approved the repair and within another hour everything was wrapped.
