RecommendedDr Morgan is very gentle and loving with my dog Zeus as well as is Tara the Vet Tech. Dr.Morgan answered all my questions and was very thorough in her explanation of my dog's test results. I was able to see the xrays that were taken and the blood results were readily available. I was there for about an hour and half and never felt rushed. My dog was very comfortable with them and I highly recommend this vet service.
Very impressed! Dr. Stephanie and Tara took us in immediately when one of our older poodles scared us with what I thought was a stroke. Very thorough diagnosis, and compassionate service. Ricky is already doing much better the same day. Very glad to have found out about them.

Love Dr Morgan and her team! I have a dog that is very fearful of the vet and they handle him beautifully with so much patience and kindness. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!!
WOW!! We have never had such caring and superior service at a vet clinic before. We had an extended stay in Nags Head with our diabetic dog who needs special care. I forwarded our records prior to our arrival so they were familiar with our case. Dr. Morgan, Shannon and Tara were beyond fabulous, going the extra mile to contact our vets in Wisconsin to discuss his needs. I can’t express how much my family and I appreciate the team here at Gallery Row. Unfortunately, Little Kitty left us unexpectedly last week- however-when we arrived we were treated with a sense of urgency and most importantly kindness and love. Absolutely love Dr Morgan and staff! I’ve worked at busy 3 veterinarian hospital and have worked with many other vets, while they were good and I like them , I’ve never seen or had a vet actually sit & LAY DOWN on the floor to cuddle with my baby to help calm him down to get a more accurate blood pressure and heart rate ( as accurate as one can get being stressed from even being at the vet) Dr Morgan & staff also really care about their patients versus some that only see money opportunities. Dr. Morgan and Tara took care of me this summer when I was 12 weeks. They are the best on the beach

Can't say much more about this place.By far the best vet in North Carolina.Dr Morgan and Tara are so nice and compassionate.They go out of there way to make sure my Cody is treated the way he should be.If you need an affordable,reliable veterinarian on the OBX or surrounding areas they are the Best of the Best.
