My son ordered a $100 Mother's Day arrangement that was delivered with dead flowers not to mention poorly arranged. I spoke to the manager, Christina, regarding the issue. She wanted to resend the arrangement however I requested a refund, as my son went out and purchased a fresh arrangement that day. This was an FTD order so she stated I had to go through FTD. (They would only refund $30). As I tried to explain that this was the fault of Fort Mill Flowers, not FTD. She got angry and hung up on me with no resolution. So sad t... read more
