Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order for same day delivery. Called me at 9pm to tell me their car had “flooded” and had issues outside of their control. 10:30pm, still no flowers delivered. Woman answering the phones was extremely rude, unapologetic, combative and argumentative. No accountability or sympathy at all. How is it acceptable to have a delivery that late at night? They are also refusing not issue any sort of discount or refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Complete waste of money. This company needs a lesson ... read more

BEWARE !!! DON’T ORDER from this flower shop. I made the mistake of ordering off line from them. She called me back and told me that my credit card declined the purchase and she couldn’t do it for the price quoted online the price of 68.37 and I need to call my bank to authorize 98.00. I talked to my bank and the charge did go threw for the original 68.37 and she wouldn’t ship them without the extra 98.00 so they were never shipped and she wouldn’t do a refund for the 68.37. So now I have to dispute it with my credit card co... read more
