REVIEW as 1 STAR: Reason: While the nail work itself was good—especially with my sensitive cuticles—the customer service was extremely poor. During multiple visits Alina, I was met with rude comments, passive-aggressive behavior, and a lack of basic communication. Feedback was not received well, and I was repeatedly made to feel like a burden for simply requesting designs or asking questions. This is the BEST nail salon in Queen Creek, AZ! My nail tech Tim does the most beautiful acrylic nails - they look like my real nails! I have had several sets done by Tim and I never have had any issues with lifting or chipping - which is amazing because he is able to get them so thin!
