I’ve been here more than few times. But today’s service was unacceptable. I called ahead and asked what time are they available for a pedicure . She said in 20min . I showed up in 20min only for her to tell me it will be another 20min wait.. so I waited 30min just for her to put me in a pedicure chair to soak my feet. Waited another 20min with my feet in the water for her to move me to another chair.. soaking my feet for another 10min . Finally a male came to do my pedicure it took him 18min to do. Just waited 40 minutes and not a single person acknowledged me. I wrote my name down and what I wanted. If they would have acknowledged me and told me that they were busy and didn't have any appointments available I could have left 40 minutes ago. But I guess I'll never know since I'm never going back.

I go here for my pedicures all the time now & I always love it. I always walk in for a gel pedicure and my pedicures always last over a month which makes me so happy to finally find a place where the gel lasts!!
