Took my grandmother to do nails , kindly asked if they could do nails and toes in one place (one chair) because she has a walking disability and they denied the service because as I quote them “they are not a babysitting place” they said this in front of her which is humiliating for her and also is an odd thing to say about someone with a disability first of all and secondly i have gotten my nails and toes done in one chair before in that same place i just tip or pay more for the extra attention im not asking for it to be do... read more

As a nail technician myself, I feel it’s important to share an honest and professional review. The customer service for the nail tech who provides the service. The acrylic application did not feel like it was done with professional-grade products. During the process, the product burned, and when the monomer mixed with the powder it released a very strong odor similar to MMA, which is not permitted in professional nail services.
