As a nail technician myself, I feel it’s important to share an honest and professional review. The customer service for the nail tech who provides the service. The acrylic application did not feel like it was done with professional-grade products. During the process, the product burned, and when the monomer mixed with the powder it released a very strong odor similar to MMA, which is not permitted in professional nail services. Gallery Nail & Spa is amazing! My nail tech Donna always does a beautiful job - she’s professional, on time, very talented and most of all does not eat my cuticles 🙃 The spa is clean, relaxing, with calm music and two TV’s. Their pedicures are absolutely wonderful as well. I recommend this nail spa… but don’t just take my word for it, book your own appointment 😊
