The management and everyone at Gallery House are fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, Shawnee, you are the best, always welcoming, good for a chat, never had a drama and all the years I have rented, this is far superior in everyway, if ever I decide to move back into Hamilton, Gallery house will be home again. I have been looking for an apartment for myself to move in to, which of course can be stressful! Shaunee has been truly amazing!!! She has went above and beyond for me. Her commitment to her role and communication is second to none. I have never met a more helpful and kind property manager!

Worse place to live, the property manager looks like someone id hire out per hour. Dont rent here
DON'T even think about renting or purchasing here. Enjoy a walk along the river and find yourself another place that won't rob you with a smile. If you need to break lease, they'll try to keep your bond to cover lost rent (Bonds are meant for covering any damages, cleaning costs or breaching agreements. Not early exits) They'll charge you a break lease fee of a weeks rent plus re-letting fee and still hold you liable for the remaining lease period.
