We had such an amazing experience. After our move over from NZ looking for a fully furnished apartment and boy did we hit the jackpot. The amazing team were so easy to deal with and also open for a good old chat. Dave, Shaunee and Sally I can’t express how wonderful it was dealing with you all. Highly recommend and would give more stars if there was that option.
Lived at Gallery for about 3 years and enjoyed our time there. Shaunee is amazing and always a pleasure to deal with and even went the extra mile at times. Millie misses you! Rick the manager, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and so lovely to interact with. David the building manager is a champion!! Nothing was a problem for him and he rectified issues as quickly as he could. Let’s not forget Simon the caretaker! The management and everyone at Gallery House are fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, Shawnee, you are the best, always welcoming, good for a chat, never had a drama and all the years I have rented, this is far superior in everyway, if ever I decide to move back into Hamilton, Gallery house will be home again. I have been looking for an apartment for myself to move in to, which of course can be stressful! Shaunee has been truly amazing!!! She has went above and beyond for me. Her commitment to her role and communication is second to none. I have never met a more helpful and kind property manager!
