I first discovered Gallery Gemma a few years ago during a "Guess Where Trip" with my sister that brought us to the Alton Mill. At the time, I tried on a couple of eternity bands and mentioned I’d been on the hunt for a new wedding ring for a while. Bought a pair of very cute mini fan earrings here, after exploring the centre with my mum & sister for mother's day. John was so lovely and even helped my mum fix the clasp on her bangle (not purchased here) with patience and humor - we felt so welcome and appreciated him taking the time to help us out! Thank you again, John! Would certainly visit again; gorgeous designs and the service is 11/10!
I just picked up my magnificent ruby ring that Anne-Marie made for me. I had a very specific design in mind, she offered an excellent suggestion, and completed the job in about 5 weeks. It's more beautiful than I imagined. I am absolutely delighted.
Anne-Marie is friendly and accommodating, until she is not. I had three simple fixes... fixing a bracelet which I had purchased at the gallery, replacing one stone in an earring, restringing pearls. I brought the bracelet and earring in together. Five spinels needed to be put back in the bracelet. I brought the 5 stones in. I picked up my repairs a couple of weeks later. They looked fine.
