I totally thought I left a review! A very late review... but wanted to leave my thoughts. I left Gallery flats back in 2023 after a short 4 months there. We did not leave because Gallery Flats wasn't good! We ended up purchasing a place so had to terminate early. During our time there, all the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful from the get go! We were originally out of state and any communications we had were on point and super helpful. The location is great and the office staff are awesome. I especially appreciate having an on-site maintenance person who usually takes care of things within a day or two.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Angelica, the property manager here. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Angelica is extremely attentive and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. The four stars are for Austin the maintenance guy. I lived here for 6 years including covid lockdown. The place stunk all the time, the vents blew dust all the time, the area was noisy especially during the summer because it’s located in downtown Hopkins. But, the most disappointing part of all was when they took more than half of my deposit to clean “the carpet”. We've lived here for a year now and will be re-signing our lease for the next. I genuinely have no complaints. The building is built properly and well-maintained. The neighbors are great and the location is fantastic.
