I moved into Gallery Flats six months ago and have been very happy with my decision. My apartment is modern, offers ample storage, and includes solid, reliable appliances. I use the exercise room, bike storage, community room, underground parking, and the green space between the two buildings, all of which are well maintained and convenient. Austin the maintenance man is worthy of 5 stars. Everything else about the apartment experience is subpar and deteriorated. The fitness amenities are two tiny rooms with hardly any good equipment. People use up spaces in the garage for storage when they're not supposed to. People continue to steal the guest spots on the surface lot. People don't pick up after their pets. Edit/update December 2025 (2 or 3 years after original)- I believe the staffing and management of the complex is the best it's ever been in the 4+ years i've lived here. I have unique accommodations due to declining health that rapidly sped up the last year; which includes quirks such as falling asleep in my car/losing items/getting locked out via memory and medication side effects. I totally thought I left a review! A very late review... but wanted to leave my thoughts. I left Gallery flats back in 2023 after a short 4 months there. We did not leave because Gallery Flats wasn't good! We ended up purchasing a place so had to terminate early. During our time there, all the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful from the get go! We were originally out of state and any communications we had were on point and super helpful.
