We've lived here for a year now and will be re-signing our lease for the next. I genuinely have no complaints. The building is built properly and well-maintained. The neighbors are great and the location is fantastic.
Been the place I call home for a few years now! The team here is amazing and I love the downtown area here, and the easy access to Minneapolis. Highly recommend
Edit, more than 1 year later- Everything below stands true, Austin is still here doing a fantastic job and Brenda has also been outstanding. I've yet to have any poor experiences here barring fluke maintenance items (unavoidable no matter where you are) and a personal grudge against a door that has parts on back order (also unavoidable). Website/portal was updated and modernized recently, my only critique would be the overflow of traffic to said portal to pay rent on the first of the month as it can be bogged down/non functi... read more
I moved in May of this year and I ment to write this review. A special THANK YOU! To Brenda and Lisa who made the stressful process of moving seamless! Your kindness and attention to detail is so very greatly appreciated! To the Weidner Group thank you for the blessing of the onsite team of Brenda, Lisa, and Austin that make living here so peaceful! Gallery Flats is my first apartment and I absolutely have loved living here! Brenda, Austin, and Lisa are so helpful and attentive when I have questions. The location is less than a minute walk from the local stores in downtown Hopkins and there’s always something to do in the area. My favorite parts about the property are the closeness to downtown Hopkins and the home gym :)
