I have now had two bikes and at least four to five packages stolen from the property at 4140-4132 Washington. For a place that has a gazillion cameras around the property, inside and out, none of the cameras are ever at the "right angle " to pick anything up. The last theft was my bike ,off of my balcony which is on the first floor, but higher than normal, inside a locked courtyard with multiple cameras. I'm a full-time healthcare graduate student, don't know anyone in the area, and often spend my days at school which causes me to leave my sweet corgi at home. Today my dog walker cancelled last minute, leaving me in a lurch since I didn't have the time to go home til after 8-9 pm. My poor pup would have been alone from 8 a.m.-8/9 p.m. all alone and not have a restroom/love break. Great apartments, lovely aesthetic to the architecture, both on the buildings, in the lobby, and in the apartments themselves. Friendly staff are always a delight to speak with. If I had to pin down negatives, I would say a lack of an elevator (living on the third floor myself) and the short periods when the front desk is open on weekends. Highly recommended.
I have lived here for 5 years and I absolutely love it! The staff is open and friendly and I would highly recommend living here! Andrea, Will and Ricardo are the best!
