They do not answer the phone. After several attempts they answered and then hung up on me. Not professional at all. I am a prospective tenet with a great job. The lack of professionalism that I experienced from the lady representing this complex was discouraging. I believe that this complex must not pay their employees well because it shows in how I was greeted. This is very telling of how they manage their complex itself. I've lived here for about seven months. It's a small, gated complex with well kept grounds. Very little issues with parking. It's close to Veteran's Blvd and all major shops. There are other apartments that are not so appealing, but it's a decent area. I feel safe and have not had any problems. New management started when I first leased. They have always addressed any of my concerns. From reading other post, I see there had been issues with management in recent years. I image that had to do with some of my issues. I have been a resident of The Gallery Apartments for about two years. Before my boyfriend and I chose to reside here, we viewed many other apartments right outside the New Orleans area and I believe The Gallery is the best you can get for your buck. The appliances and cabinets are all very modern and updated. Whole Foods and Target and very close by and there are multiple coffee shops right by the apartment.
