RecommendedGorgeous apartments, I recommend to take a tour but the only negative is NO DOGS, and cats have to be declawed which is so unfortunate. So if you don’t have a dog please check this place out, it’s worth it!
I have now had two bikes and at least four to five packages stolen from the property at 4140-4132 Washington. For a place that has a gazillion cameras around the property, inside and out, none of the cameras are ever at the "right angle " to pick anything up. The last theft was my bike ,off of my balcony which is on the first floor, but higher than normal, inside a locked courtyard with multiple cameras. RecommendedThis place is fantastic from the amazing office staff to the security folks they are always so nice and accommodating. I live in a 2bed 2 bath which has arch views and it is beautiful lots of space and just amazing amenities.
RecommendedI love the staff, Lilly, Darvis, and Candice the Leasing/Manager. I ❤️ the building, the location, views, lobby and all the amenities. I ❤️ my unit...everything is new, wood floors, cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, jetted tubs, and so much more. I'm excited about the pooI, I love the attention to detail in the building and everything is so well put together.

I'm a full-time healthcare graduate student, don't know anyone in the area, and often spend my days at school which causes me to leave my sweet corgi at home. Today my dog walker cancelled last minute, leaving me in a lurch since I didn't have the time to go home til after 8-9 pm. My poor pup would have been alone from 8 a.m.-8/9 p.m. all alone and not have a restroom/love break.
