My experience at this property has been exceptional from the start. The property manager, Malik, is extremely professional and welcoming. The townhomes are well-maintained and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything clean and comfortable. Malik's communication has always been prompt and reliable. I recently moved into a unit & the manager Malik was very helpful in showing the unit. The building is clean, spacious & quiet. Centrally located & a nice neighborhood. My move in was smooth & stress free.

I’mis apartment complex has very small apartments for a ridiculous high price, I had never experienced rents increases of 10% after my first lease was up, I went month to month and was paying nearly $3000 a month with electricity and water , I could not sleep hardly in my room because it was by the alley where garbage trucks come almost everyday at 7:00 am to make loud noises, then the room gets too hot in the summer time and the units don’t have A/C, kitchen cabinets were old and wouldn’t close properly, had my car broken i... read more
