building is old and not properly maintained. poor hiring practices.
These people really sick. My mother caught C-Diff from here. She's been there over a wk and still has blood in her urine � I have power of attorney and they're giving me hell about getting my mother moved from there� I'll be calling the police on my next visit. Bring the health department
I went there every single day to see my son for a few hours. A couple times when I arrive the tube feeding is off. his diapers and bed sheet were soaking wet . He had bed soars on his feet . I repeated ask them to move him every 2 or 3 but they don't . Last July 9, around 2, I found my boy very pail and soaking wet with sweat and they put the electric so close to him without changing to dry shirt. This is our mothers second place to stay. She's been here since early December. Honestly, the RNs, PCAs, PT, and all staff are very kind to my mom & very capable. The director, Zack, has gone out of his way to check in on her often to make sure the facility is meeting her needs. Actually, this place is absolutely exceeding our expectations & it has everything to do with the quality of folks they have working here.
