Nice place, great selection all 5* the reason for the 2* is the staff, i was looking at the Hamilton watches particular the DUNE one was VERY interested, the attendant was paying more attention to a customer who was showing her photos on his phone rather than coming over and seeing if i needed help, i dress comfortable (flops, sleep pant, and hoodie) and she treated me like i didn't belong there, so ill be looking elsewhere for a new watch.
Me and my Fiancé came to look at rings a couple of months ago & he came in to buy the one I wanted. He had a great customer service experience. We both did! Figured I would share some engagement photos. They also have great prices!
If you are looking for a timepiece this is the place to go in the Clarksville area. They have a very good selection and I was able to get the Hamilton watch I wanted at a very fair price. From start to finish they make you feel comfortable and are willing to match other authorized dealer pricing. Will be returning to Galleria for future watches.

Purchased a Hamilton watch from Jay. You can tell he enjoys time pieces and has a great deal of knowledge of bkth the industry and history of different brands. Took the time to fit it to my liking. Military friendly as well. I would certainly consider buying from them again.
