I just wanted to take a moment to share some feedback. Kim and Min were absolutely amazing! Their work was not only professional and detailed but also made the entire experience so enjoyable. They were attentive, kind, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfect. I left feeling so happy and impressed truly some of the best service I’ve ever had. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent merger between Salon Galleria and Galleria Nails. My wife, a longtime and loyal customer of Salon Galleria for over 20 years, has seen a significant decline in both service quality and overall experience since the merger took place. I was introduced to galleria nails by a friend and it’s so great! Love the service and the quality of art and the nails themselves is so great. I have never had a bad experience so far! They did incredible for my bridal nails as well! Soooo great!
Philip did such a great job. He soaked off my thick acrylics with so much patience and gentleness so that my natural nail would not get damaged he did not mind going back and forth with the soak (a lot of other places will just drill them off or snap them off and ruin your nail). He then did the cleanest manicure I’ve ever seen and left my cuticles so neat. I will definitely be going back to Philip. Go with PHILIP!! 🤩
Awful service, awful design (I just asked him to take it off) , after he argued with me and told me the design was exactly what I asked for. It was no where close! I got multiple cuts and bled from the filing. This was highly expensive and they tried to double charge me, $400!!! Then they laughed about it, I really didn't see the humor in the situation.
