I went to this nail salon for the first time on Jul 4th. She did a great job with my nails and less than a week later, on Jul 10th the gel on 4 of my nails started to chip and peel. One of my thumbs completely peeled. I went back to the salon on Jul 11th to fix it. I had paid ~$70 and they told me that they can only fix my thumbs for free and not my other two fingers and they told me that it's been over 10 days but it had been exactly 7 days since I initially went to get my nails done and they are not fixing all of my nails.... read more
I feel the whole service was kinda rude, no introduction of the service, and they even hurt my finger
Kim is very professional and kind. 100% satisfied!
Love this place! Anytime I've had my nails done elsewhere I'm left thinking "Galleria would have done better" so now I refuse to go anywhere else.
