The maintenance staff is quick and the front office staff is sweet.
We highly recommend Galleria Flats Apartments on Hillcroft St. Berthalee, the Assistant Manager, is amazing and I strongly recommend her to help you lease your next apartment. She guided me through the entire process, answered all my questions with patience, and always greeted me with a warm smile. I used to lived in MIRAMAR APARTMENTS 4 years and the Manager Rosemary use to be the manager for that property, my experience there was outstanding, now she is currently managing at Galleria Flats, you won't regret to lease at GALLERIA FLATS APARTMENTS, she is responsible no complaints she makes everyone feels welcome, she definitely will take care immediately if there is any property issue right away.
Rosemary (property manager), Berthalee (Assistant manager) and the maintenance team here ROCK! They’re kind, respectful and very helpful, this isn’t just an apartment complex to me — it’s a community. If you have any issue in your unit, they’ll have it fixed within 24-48 hours, they ALWAYS answer the phone and there’s no parking issues which is a plus. I have lived here for going on 7 years. There have been Ups and there have been Downs. The leasing staff is awesome! The maintenance team is on top of everything! Every issue is handled immediately with care and consideration! I would highly recommend this apartment complex!
