I have purchased jewelry there but this time I just needed a chain fixed so I could put it on with more ease as I have an old injured hand. I can always count on them to match a clasp up with the same gold as the chain. They are very particular about this. They are someone I trust with my jewelry always.
These people are amazing. I have came into the store in dirty clothing, smelling from work, ect and they always treat me like I am in a million dollar suit. They are super knowledgeable about thier field. They will answer questions (i have had a ton while in there) no matter how weird or strange and never get annoyed with me for asking dumb things. More businesses could learn a lesson in how to treat customers from this place. Thank you for being the best jewlery store ever.
