Dr. Goldstein and her team are some of the kindest, most professional people I have ever met. I have been going here for years and they always do an amazing job!
Really bad experiences with them each time I left there day after I’m in pain I got a tooth infection after they filled one of my cavities most likely from them not sanitizing their equipment I wouldn’t recommend this place to any family or friends also I thought it was procedure for them to clean your teeth every other dental office I’ve been to cleans them and whitens them not sure why this place is having such a hard time keeping up to code
Very disappointed of the service, just because front office manager couldn’t figure out how Ins coverage works( sent away a patient who was in lots of pain. Shouldn’t take people’s health and pain as just money grabbing chance. Not sure if it’s even legal to treat patient like that.
Parents not allowed in the room with their child. Even if its the child’s first time at the dentist and they’re extremely nervous. We had to leave. I wish someone had explained this to me over the phone before we took the day off work/school for this appointment.
