It took over a month to get an appointment. After several unreturned phone calls, I went to the office and the first appointment was 5 weeks away at 2:00 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM the front door was locked. A minute later, after I tried to open the door and then returned to my car, a person cracked the door open for a moment. I finally met Maria, she asked a few questions and I explained that I was only in for a cleaning.
