I was told that the new owner (who goes to my church) is running a well-oiled machine. But man has this place really gone downhill. I have an extended warranty on my wife’s car and set up an appointment to check out her battery. 3 times her battery has died and every time, roadside assistance/autozone has told us that ‘it’s fixed, now.’ Essentially a service technician told her he wasn’t sure if their machine could test her battery — what? Jerry Jackson was fantastic, I had been told incorrectly information on the phone but he turns what could have been a nightmare into a breeze. I usually go to Sewell, glad I found this place, I’ll be back! Come to this service center and ask for either Jerry or Ryan, they go the extra mile!
