WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN! out of house fly by night jeweler ruined my beautiful engagement ring by squeezing it too hard while enlarging, destroyed my pear and gold pendant by leaving it in some cleaning solution, the pearl is cracked,chipped, discolored and became soft. $$ ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION $$ I went into Galleon Jewelers on 10/14/11 and after the lady behind the counter finished with her customer she promptly greeted me (hence the 1 star review) the store was clean and the displays were nice. I had a ring I no longer wear, appraised 4 years ago at $400. Clearly not expecting that as I know that's retail not scrapping price.
