This company was great!! I called within minutes they gave me a date and time when a plumber could come out to our house. Their representative was professional, efficient, did not try to over charge me, and educated me on possible future issues to address regarding my plumbing situation. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company.

Last year I bought a camping trailer and parked it in my driveway. I wanted to be able to use it as a detached guest house during the pandemic. In Oct 2021 I called several plumbers and go bids on putting in a sewer dump from near the trailer to my septic tank. Gallegos was the low bidder. But other events intervened and it wasn't until June 2022 that I was ready to have the work done, so I called up Gallegos and asked if the would still do the job for the same estimate. They were able to fit me in the next day & were prompt on their time and were sure to call me before arriving. C*** was quick and very determined to get my badly backed up drain cleared. He was done within the hour. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if another problem arises.

Gallegos were quick and efficient, re-piping my home in only two days, everyone was very friendly and polite. We were concerned about the water having to be shut off overnight, but they were able to have the water back on for us each night. I can't believe the amount of work they got done in just two days.

I am very happy with the service provided by Gallegos at my house in Ojai. The Orangeburg sewer lateral that needed replacement ran under a very large pine tree with massive roots. Gallegos were upfront with the quote, advising that if the replacement went smoothly, it would cost $X , if the puller head got jammed in the roots, the extra cost of hand digging would be $x+ $2500. We had the sewer lines replaced and lined, it was a lot less of an impact than we were expecting. The crew was timely, communicated well, and cleaned the work area each day. No complaints about the process or the people.
