Dr. Gallegos needs to retire! If I could give zero stars I would! I had a traumatic fall 2.5 years ago where three of my front teeth were shattered. I was told she was the best in the area, so I’ve been trying to work with her for more than a year now in between orthodontist appointments. Dr. Gallegos has been extremely flippant about the trauma I’ve endured, how it has impacted my mental and physical health, and how to restore my smile to its original form. Not impressed. Might be a great dentist, but if she doesn't have the ability to hire good staff and enough staff to be able to run the front office, it doesn't matter because no one can get in to see her. I called numerous times and received no answer. I left a message at one point and it's a week later and still haven't heard back. Completely unprofessional.

I've been with Dr. Gallegos for 5 years now as a patient, and for good reason. I had a horrible experience with a previous dentist who completely bungled my original dental implants. It was so bad I had to have them completely removed. The surgeon who removed them referred me to Dr. Gallegos. He described her as an architect of dental implants and how right he was.
