This company is impossible to get ahold of. They’ve switched their payment providers multiple times and I’ve exhausted all my options of where to pay my bill. I’ve been in circles calling multiple numbers and none of them lead to GVAA itself. I left an email inquiry and they haven’t responded. I can’t pay my bill and they sent my information to a collections company. I did a payment just one month ago and the collections company doesn’t even have an accurate balance showing my last payment.
Not sure what's going on, but I've tried calling 4-5 separate times over the last week to pay my bill, and I've left voicemails. I still have yet to hear back, nor has anyone picked up on their phone line.
I was perfectly comfortable during my colonoscopy and had no symptoms afterwards.
