I've used them 3 times now. My dog likes them and the facility is clean. They like my dog as well and so I will continue to use them since they (the dog and staff) know each other.
Would never recommend unless you want your pets to come home with a disease, or worse die while they are in boarding. The animal care is horrible and the kennels are dirty and stinky. The whole building stinks like urine.
