Jeff is the best in town! In our extensive house search we tried a couple of realtors - he was by far the best. His many years of experience were very valuable. His casual and talkative nature as well as his patience really help first time homebuyers to understand the process. In our negotiations he was very professional and effective. We would refer him to friends and family.
Do not try to buy a house from him We attemted to buy a house from this man, and he was EXTREMELY unprofessional. He didn't return our realtors phone calls, he stalled the process past the due dates of our contract (in what I think was just an attempt to get more offers/bids on the house), and I think he may have lied (though I can prove this directly). I will never attempt to buy a house from him. He is underhanded and not one someone should work with.
